The Leader Integrated Health Care Facility provides a variety of health care services in one centralized location. This project improves patient access and quality care to its residents and surrounding community. The project includes acute care and much needed renovations to an existing 30 bed long-term care facility. The two facilities are now linked together providing integration of services and staffing and improving overall care. The new-build features a centralized heating plant and integrated building controls systems to ensure the comfort and safety of both long-term and acute care patients, and an integrated ambulance bay is improving emergency services to the community.
