The Oliver Lodge Special Care Home provides long-term care, support, and shelter to around 140 residents. This project involved a transformative renovation and addition, creating a state-of-the-art residence with a dedicated ward for dementia patients. The facility features patient lifts in each room, shared living spaces, a Snoezelen room, nurse stations, administrative offices, a nurse call system, and an atrium/courtyard for relaxation. The four-storey building addition expands capacity and emphasizes specialized care for seniors, including those with dementia and other healthcare needs.
