The Woodland Wellness Centre was constructed to provide community health services. The project consists of two wings with common multi-use spaces located centrally within each wing and to connect the overall building. The east wing houses telehealth, alternative therapies, childcare, and administration offices. The west wing has space for 12 residents and includes a commercial kitchen, laundry services, dining area, and lounge. The Woodland Wellness Centre is anticipated as the first phase on the ten acre site. Further development is expected to the south of the property which was landscaped as part of this phase.
