The WSP Office Building is a multipurpose office building that compliments the requirements of WSP Group Canada’s range of different engineering disciplines. This two storey building was designed and constructed with the occupants who also acted as the structural, civil, mechanical and electrical engineering consultants throughout the duration of the project. This working relationship lead to a high level of scrutiny on construction details at all phases and of all scopes of work. The building consists of offices with all glass storefronts, advanced lighting fixtures, large LVL beams and a storage area equipped for lab and testing equipment.
