This project, executed by our joint venture “WestridgeWright, A Saskatchewan JV,” aimed to consolidate operations into a new light industrial complex at a Canadian Utility Hub near Regina, SK. The objective was to create a modern, safe, and functional work environment that was cost-effective and satisfying for staff and stakeholders. The new complex unified five facilities from various locations in Regina into one site, serving multiple operational functions. The project was executed in Phase 1, which involved completing site earthworks, roadways, and infrastructure. This phase included buildings for logistics, cold storage, material staging, fleet vehicle management, and an outdoor wood pole yard, along with landscaping, security, and amenity spaces.
