This project was a 3,000sqft addition and renovation of SARC’s head office where they provide administrative services and training for people within their organization. The project featured a design-build delivery model where we worked closely with SARC to provide them a modernized and expanded facility for their operations. The expansion included new offices, training/seminar spaces, updated HVAC systems as well as a refinished parking lot and fresh landscaping.
