The new TI space for the Canpotex Office Building is located on half of the sixth floor and the entirety of the seventh floor in the RBC Tower in downtown Saskatoon. This office space incorporates stunning and diverse building materials. Some of these featured materials include metal panel styles, wood including timber beams, live edge lumber, barn wood walls and ceilings in four finishes, quartz and solid surface countertops with a variety of different backsplash types. There are also six styles of acoustic wall panel, seven flooring products, nine ceiling types, a custom water vapour fireplace, custom made metal ship style doors and two plant walls.
