This project, executed under a design-build contract, was tailored for two tenants. The east space is dedicated to TFI, serving as a distribution hub for package delivery. The west space was developed speculatively, awaiting tenancy. This 37,200sf building boasts 28-foot clearance inside and 49-foot bays, utilizing the advanced Butler landmark system with truss purlins. The exterior showcases Metl Span insulated metal panels, featuring accent panels and 2-hour rated panels on the west side. Site development included separate loading docks and storage compounds for each tenant, as well as a fully paved site.
