Located in Saskatoon’s Biz Hub Industrial Park, this project serves as a versatile hub for product storage, distribution, and minor alterations. The facility includes a pre-engineered warehouse featuring two 100′ clear span bays, one 120′ clear span bay, six 10-ton overhead cranes, a 60′ bi-fold door, and a 40′ eave height. Additionally, there is a 5,000sf conventional framed administrative office space adjacent to the warehouse. The construction encompassed a 6-acre site, incorporating new approaches, a parking lot, fenced compound, and site services.
