Pillar Properties – 66th Street

This project involved a 30,000sf building being divided into two 15,000sf tenant spaces. Each space was equipped with a grade-level overhead door and three loading bays for efficient operations. The east tenant space serves as an office and hub for Rosedale Transport, and the west tenant space functions as an office, warehouse, and processing facility for Three Farmers Foods.
