The Timco project involved constructing an 18,000sf pre-engineered building designed for two tenant spaces, completed in just 10 months, showcasing our commitment to efficient delivery. Sutherland Electric occupies the 4,100sf east space, featuring a two-storey office area and a 1,807sf warehouse with tailored tenant improvements. The 13,900sf west space, initially an open warehouse, was separately leased and customized to meet the specific needs of another tenant, illustrating our flexibility in accommodating diverse requirements.
