Trail Appliances is a family owned and operated retail business that sells all commercial and residential home appliances. This building was the first Trail Appliances in Saskatchewan, and has exceeded their expectations with high sales from both local builders and home owners. Trail was designed using a combination of local Saskatoon architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers, as well as their Trail Appliance interior designer out of Calgary, AB.  The exterior consisted of a combination of Butler Manufacturing finishes and architectural masonry. The interior consisted of a 28,000 ft 2 warehouse, 30’ high open showroom and sales team area, offices, and a trademark open kitchen with a full time chef.
