Calgary Catholic School District is a repeat client. Work on this project included selective demolition with abatement in order to facilitate a complete refresh of the entire school. The design called for a relocated new front entrance vestibule, new windows, composite metal panels, and a corridor connecting to the relocated portables. Partial slab replacements were required to upgrade utility connections with the City and rectify damage caused by underground erosion. With the relatively new roof remaining in place, the project required selective shoring in order to replace and relocate load bearing walls within the structure. The project team successfully delivered a fresh, modern look to the school with plenty of time for staff and students to prepare for the school year.
