Lakeside Centre is a multi-tenant healthcare facility that is primarily occupied by the Lakeside Medical Clinic. This new building is a four-story concrete structure and had the base building modelled off of the Construction Management Design-Build delivery model to ex­pedite the timelines required for the clinic. Lakeside Medical occupies a portion of the main floor with an urgent care unit and has four procedure rooms with 78 exam offices throughout the third and fourth floors with some exceptional feature lighting. This building is home to a new medical office to adjacent tenants with a pharmacy, physiotherapy, dental, optometry, radiology and much more.
