The facility is used as a distribution centre to serve suppliers throughout the province and beyond. The building features 18 dock level loading locations along with grade level doors in order to meet the demands of high volume rotation of product throughout the facility. A local design team was contracted on the project to prepare construction drawings from tenant protype drawings in order to suit the site chosen by the landlord for the development. The layout of this facility consists of approximately 97,000sf of warehouse storage with a 28’-6” clear height to accommodate the full height racking with the remainder area utilized as staff and sales office space.
