Cathedral Bluffs Water Treatment Plant

Cathedral Bluffs Water Treatment Plant (WTP) is located NW of the City of Saskatoon and was an upgrade from an existing small plant (now demolished).  The purpose of this project was to provide sufficient potable water and to better serve the Cathedral Bluffs community. The WTP was constructed using the latest state‐of‐the‐art controls and instrumentation technology.  This facility features a below grade twin reservoir, a dual skid RO Membrane Treatment Unit and distribution system that is equipped with automation to monitor and control the plant systems and alert using SCADA programming.
