Aquifer Distribution is a mechanical distribution company that provides pumps/water treatment equipment, wholesale plumbing/heating materials, high-end kitchen/bathroom fixtures and fireplaces. This building boasts a 16,000 sq ft mezzanine with office, storage space as well as gym space. The main floor section under the mezzanine houses 3 showrooms for their 3 separate divisions – Wigs, Aquifer and Flo-Essence. Their flo-essence division is their high-end plumbing fixture division and this space features a fireplace display that houses 8 different working gas fireplaces with room for 8 future electrical fireplaces. The showroom also houses a 8’ standalone gas fireplace and a custom designed working shower display where clients can test the items before purchasing. Two glass panel overhead doors divide each showroom which provides the client with flexibility on separating them or leaving open for the customer to easily browse between divisions.
