The Hadley is a six-storey, 162-unit residential development. The building offers bachelor through three-bedroom suites, a heated underground parkade and resident amenities including a fitness centre, movie theatre, games room, co-working spaces and an outdoor courtyard. The development consists of a concrete underground parkade and main floor with five levels of wood-frame construction above. Wright also self-performed the concrete scope for the underground level and main floor, providing direct control over a key component of construction.
