The Camponi Housing Project is a three-storey affordable housing development consisting of three buildings that combine residential, commercial, and community spaces. Developed under SaskNative Rentals’ Affordable Housing Program, the project includes 164 residential units, Camponi’s corporate office, a daycare, gym, community kitchen, and other shared amenities, providing accessible, affordable, and community-focused housing for Indigenous families and residents. The development features standardized residential layouts and durable, low-maintenance finishes that supported efficient construction while providing long-term value for the owner.
