During pre-construction, all goals and objectives of the project are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders. A transparent system of communication and collaboration is coordinated through defined levels of authority, processes and procedures.

Our construction team will work closely with the owner and consulting group from the beginning to develop and maintain a control budget, cash flow schedule, project schedule and provide technical input into the development of the drawings and specifications. With the project objectives in mind, consideration is given to the location of the project, time of year construction, current market activity, material and trade selection. Our knowledge of the local markets, relationships with local trades and authorities and our systematic phased tendering system will be leveraged to ensure success.
