The Dufresne Distribution Centre is a pre-engineered building package from Butler Manufacturing. The project utilizes the Butler Landmark Structural System which encompasses using truss purlins for the roof structure which allows for larger span bay spacing’s in order to reduce interior columns and make the interior space more efficient for the end user. The building is primarily a warehouse that has a clear interior height of 28’-6” to accommodate racking systems and a staging area for the assembling of product along with full width loading dock area along the back for 11 delivery bays. The front of the building contains the customer pick up area and office area with reception, boardroom, lunchroom and accessible washrooms.
